1) What is your Return Policy and how do I initiate a return or exchange?

Please follow these simple steps to return an item:

▶ Send the item to the seller's address within 14 days after receiving it.

▶ Make sure that the product is returned in the same condition in which it was received.

▶ We will issue a full refund once we receive & check the item.

▶ Unless it is a custom order, there is no need to contact us.

2) What if the item that arrived is damaged or defective?

If the item that arrived is damaged or faulty, Please:

▶ Please send us a photo of the damaged/faulty item.

▶ We will recreate the item and resend it to you.

▶ Thank you for your patience and understanding.

3) What If i purchased the wrong size or the jewelry does not fit?

Ordered the Wrong Size or it doesn’t fit, please:

▶ Return the jewelry to us within 14 days of receiving it.

▶ Cover the expense of returning the item to us.

▶ Once we receive the item, we will remake it and send it to you free of cost.

4) What is the expected Processing & Shipping time for my order?

Our processing time is 2 business days, although this may vary during holidays, especially Christmas.

For urgent orders, you can use our Rush My Order listing to prioritize the production and shipping of your order as this costs us additional resources.

5) How long does domestic shipping (USA) take & how much does it cost for Fast Shipping?

Domestic shipping within the US typically takes average 4-6 business days with USPS First Class which costs ~$5.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. First Class mail is not time guaranteed delivery so it may take longer than estimated.

Priority shipping guarantees delivery within 4 days and costs approximately $10.

Express shipping guarantees delivery within 2 days and costs approximately $30.

6) What is Shipping Time & Cost For Canada and Other countries? and Will I pay import tax?

We offer worldwide shipping, including to Canada, EU countries and numerous other global destinations. The shipping cost is approximately $15 USD.

🔹Shipping Times:
We exclusively use FedEx for worldwide shipping.
Estimated delivery period is between 4 to 7 days.
You will receive a tracking number once your package is dispatched.

🔹Customs and Import Taxes:
Etsy collects these tax from you at the time of purchase. Generally, you should not anticipate additional tax. There may be situations where Etsy does not collect taxes for your country or where your country's authorities request additional taxes for specific reasons.

7) What should I do if my package is delayed? or I haven't received my package despite the tracking showing it's been delivered?

Please contact us if your order takes longer than expected. Our team will look into the delay and update you on the status of your shipment.


If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please wait one or two more business days, as sometimes delivery carriers may mark it as delivered even though it's delivered the next day.

If you still haven't received it after waiting, please contact us for further assistance.

8) What should I do if my size isn't available ?

To make things easier for you, we provide the most popular sizes. However We offer custom lengths and sizes. Contact us if you can't find your size in the drop-down menu.

It's crucial to note that the chain lengths shown on our website are offered in inches and include jumper rings and clasps in consideration.

We are limited to upload 10 images per listing, but we well understand how difficult it is to decide without really holding the item in your hands.

Just so you know, we do accept returns and exchanges within 14 days for free, however they can be expensive for us due to shipping and Etsy costs. (However, return shipping ~$5 is on the buyer ).

Please be advised that all pictures included in our listings are our exclusive property.
